IndyACT is a non-political league of independent environmental, social and cultural change makers with the aim to achieve an active, healthy, safe, equitable and beautiful planet. IndyACT works on the top pressing issues facing our world through the collaboration of all actors and multistakeholder engagement.

IndyACT’s motto is “Passion with Professionalism”. It brings professionalism to passionate individuals that aim to achieve a positive difference in this world. IndyACT identifies incubates passionate change makers, and provides them with the required professional skills and support to reach their aim. IndyACT operates on all levels (local, regional and international) and uses non-violent methodologies and actions to create the necessary change. IndyACT Core Values and Principles are: Taking action, Independence, Non-violence, Professionalism, Universality, Political neutrality, Sustainable Equity, Diversity, Innovation, Non-discrimination, Science-based, Transparency, and Cause-driven.

Our Way of Work

IndyACT internal policies and methodologies are based on international standards of operation.

IndyACT conducts regular strategic planning processes to ensure the effectiveness of its interventions. IndyACT is strategic and cause-driven. It has specific long-term objectives that it aims to achieve through a strategic approach that includes various tools and methodologies. IndyACT follows on and influences key international negotiations relevant to its work. It focuses on making the position of Arab countries in these negotiations to be robust and progressive. The organization then works to ensures that these agreements are implemented on the national level, working together with local and international NGOs and stakeholders.
