The situation
In the wake of devastating conflicts, countless individuals and families have been uprooted from their homes, forced to flee with little more than the clothes on their backs. The horrors of war have left many vulnerable people stranded on the streets, facing extreme hardships and lacking even the most basic necessities.
OATH
The OATH Initiative is dedicated to providing urgent support to these forcefully displaced who are desperately seeking shelter, food, and medical care. OATH focuses on delivering essential core relief items, warm meals, medical assistance, and safe shelter to those affected by war. This work is fueled by the generosity of donors and the dedication of around 30 volunteers who work tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable populations.
Since the start of this conflict, OATH has provided more than 8,500 meals, cash assistance to more than 100 families, and more than 250 core relief items. Every donation serves as a lifeline, enabling OATH to extend our reach and provide urgent support for those who have lost everything due to conflict.

*Note on financial transparency
Due to several financial abuse documentations of relief support occurring during this crisis, IndyACT commits to financial transparency, ensuring that every contribution is utilized effectively and responsibly. We believe that our supporters deserve to know how their generosity is making an impact, which is why we provide clear and accessible reports on our financial transactions and the impact generated. Major donors are also able to have direct oversight of how the financial resources are utilized.
IndyACT commits to not using any relief funding received for organizational operation, beyond necessary financial management costs, such as bank fees, financial auditing, and financial reporting, estimated at around 5%. The work conducted on the ground is 100% implemented by volunteers.
